My recent stay at Kristall exceeded all of my high expectations, a rarity in my extensive travels. The spacious rooms were not only beautifully decorated but also equipped with a lovely sitting area that provided a cozy spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, such as the efficient heating that ensured comfort even during chilly nights, and the generous selection of free toiletries that made my stay feel indulgent. The incredibly friendly staff even returned my forgotten earphones, showcasing their commitment to exceptional service. With delicious food options and a perfect location for accessing skiing in Kronplatz, Kristall is a gem that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting the Dolomites.
